[Solved] Cannot View My Shop in directory after upgrade to 1.4.1.0, Back Office OK

I have just upgraded my store to Prestashop v1.4.1.0 from v1.4.0.17

Whilst in development, my store is in a subdirectory called prestashop and I can login to the Back Office without a problem. However since upgrading if I try to view my shop it takes me to the root directory and a default Apache 2 Test Page.

Any assistance with this problem will be very much appreciated.
