Uncaught TypeError: $(...).tree is not a function

Hi everyone.

I have a problem a few days with this message, i can see that certain elements that have tree behavior leave to work good. When i see the console in browser i see that appear this message: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).tree is not a function i don't understand why? because my website was working fine but now this element not work fine and i have other modules that don't work good because appear similar error. 

I tried to put hardcoding the library tree.js because in js resourses of the browser console not appear loaded the js file, but i have exactly same problem.

Of course this problems only i can see when i try operate from backoffice, but when i check the js folder form backoffice, tree.js and exist here.

Really i dont have idea what i can do o what i can test.

If anyone have some idea what i can test, thank u for try to help.
