Not able to edit/add products in Back office

Using prestashop version 8.1.0

Me being the super Admin, I can edit and add new products from my laptop.

 

But other employees wanting to access can't edit or add products.

is there any fix to the solution ?

The more details you provide the more chance you have to receive a solution. In this case it isn't clear what kind of error those "other employees" are experiencing. It also isn't clear what their - obviously reduced - rights are.

Hi,

The problem got fixed by itself it was an issue with their browser.
