Module overrides problem

Good morning, I have installed a module that removes the save customization field. And when installing it it gives me this problem when loading any product page.

I see that the problem has to do with ets_seo, in fact if I delete it the module to delete the save customization button already works, but I would like to be able to keep both.
Any idea where to start?

Because they charged me more than €100 to solve the problem apart from the module

Did you buy the module recently? Normally you have support, which module name cause issue, and when did you buy it?

They tell me that it is a third-party problem, and that I have to pay €35/h for a minimum of 5 hours.
Apart from the €50 for the module, which has 3-month support, but does not cover these things.
The module is from webkul, and is called: Add Product with Customization Directly into Cart

Hum not very cool 😞 But the community is unfortunately not there to correct the problems of paid non-native modules. Hope you understand

The path in module, it seems module has error with passing template path. Can be wrong, would need to see module source code.
Go for refund if they do not want to fix it and you don't want to pay.

They say that returns are not accepted for third party errors, and I don't know where to look for the problem myself, I don't have much knowledge, but if you find something I could try it locally if it works for me.
