Changing Combination Error - Can No Longer Complete Change - Hangs At Spinning Wheel & Faded White Div

Hello,

1.7.8.7

Please can you help. After adding some more Features and Combinations to one of the websites, an issue has appeared in the front office.

Product page front office > when changing the combination from the default size, for example if I select size B, the preloader spinning wheel stays spinning and faded white overlay (with  opacity) . The site is now inoperable because of this. It's like the loading sequence cannot fully finish.

I've tried clearing the cache but nothing seems to fix it.

Please can you help? How can I debug this?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Please could you give me more detail, perhaps in Firefox or Chrome? I've opened the console, gone to Network but cannot see any ajax errors. What I've noticed is that the price is not being changed visually for the different combination, but when it's added into cart it seems to work.

I'm not sure why this error is happening as the site has pretty much remained unchanged for the past 3 years. Perhaps an offsite script such as Gtagmanager is the problem?

If you can help me with this I will buy you a coffee or five and you will have my gratitude for life.

Thanks

Active debug mode, open a console in your browser, goto network tab and look at response tab for ajax request.

In Firefox press F12 click on Network tab

If you don't see any error or empty response. You can switch Prestashop to debug mode on start the process again an see error message in Response. That could help you to find the origin of the trouble.
