Que puedas restaurar la tienda a su funcionamiento normal no quiere decir que no sigas teniendo huecos de seguridad por donde entren los hackers a hacer de las suyas. Te recomiendo este video que tiene ademas un modulo gratuito, aunque te antemano te adelanto que no es infalible ni garantiza detectar todos los posibles problemas de seguridad de tu tienda.
