Usually, the 403 error in Paypal module indicates that the issue doesn't come from the module but the account itself. It is recommended to contact Paypal team and ask them if your account is restricted or lack specific permissions. nassim01 Posted February 8 Author Share Posted February 8 hello Daria, the problem does not appear when the account is being connected but it appears after I click the button that connects to the Paypal account so the account has not been provided yet so my guess is that the problem lies in either the paypal module or there is a problem is the website it self but I don't know what it might be. I am contacting with both apps to solve the problem so hopefully it will be solved but any other opinions will be helpful to make the process faster thank you for your response and hopefully I managed to make the problem clearer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
