Upgraded 1.7.7.4 to 8.1.3 - Search not working. Any ideas?

Hello.

Upgraded using the auto upgrade module from 1.7.7.4 to the latest version. Everything is okay apart from the site search function no longer works.

Upon clicking it just refreshes the page. No listings are appearing when writing the key word.

Please can anyone help?

Edit - seems to be a theme issue. Classic theme search is running fine. My apologies.
