File input on registration form

I've been added a input file to add files in the registration form to validate a Company account, I need to know where is the code that manage the registration data to add my code to manage the file

I think best way is create module for that, you need deeper logic on that, also protection on file that to be sure no one can upload file that allows to hack your store.
