Firstly, i changed the password throught phpmyadmin. then i changed the "database_password" in parameters.php. the store is ok . but back-office shows 500 error . I forgot i installed php8.1. i changed back to old version of PHP7.4. everything is ok. then i closed the cache on back-office. no problem on php8.1 so the problem is memcached. how can i resoled the problem? wimotek Posted February 6 Author Share Posted February 6 (edited) the problem is PHP memcached extentions. the version must > 3.1.5 the prestashop require memcached >3.1.5 when php>=8.01. i have had a try on another server . both php8.1 8.2 is OK.
