static99899
During checkout, some of my customers(10% or so that I know of) are filling out all of the required information during checkout, and at the point they put their credit card information in everything looks perfect, but as soon as they click "submit", they get "a valid amount is required" error. I've tried to get the payment module developer to help but all they do is test the module on their end and say "we can't see anything wrong so it must not be us" and prestashop's diagnostic ticket has been slow as watching grass grow so I haven't dealt with them yet. When I enable debug mode, I don't see anything come up. Does anyone else have this issue or had this issue with a fix?
juanrojas
Hello, I think that the payment method should not be in an iframe, it should go to a separate tab. It is not the solution to what you are looking for but I think it is relevant
static99899
Well, I've tried contacting Prestashop help about this and it's been 4days with no response. This is becoming a huge issue with this platform. No support for these weird issues...
juanrojas
When you say you communicate with Prestashop, who are you referring to? because here you should contact the developer of that module

As I said in the original post, I did contact the developer of the module and they said it is on the Prestashop side because their module is working fine. I bought a diagnostic ticket from the marketplace and we'll see what that gets me.
static99899
So Prestashop diagnostics kicked it back to the module developer and the module developer said "oh, now we see something and we fixed it" so we'll see if it's fixed over the next few weeks. I'll post again if it's not.
