Learthe
Hello everyone! I hadn't visited my online store's website for a week, and it was working perfectly fine. When I returned to it, I was surprised to see that my homepage no longer displayed anything; nothing was showing. Other pages like the contact page and the store are functioning perfectly. The mega menu is also not displaying on the index page. All the issues seem to be concentrated on the index page. When I go to Elementor, everything I've created appears correctly. Here is the link to my site: https://couleursettendancebygladys.fr/. I already tryed to watch the debug mod but i guess the error showing is not that im searching for Does anyone have an idea? thank you yall !! juanrojas
Hello, everything seems that the problem comes from Elementor, Did you do any other sections with Elementor? works? What happens if you delete what you did with Elementor and create it again? Have you contacted the developer of that module?

JBW
There is a 500 error on your page. Activate debug mode and/or check server error log to see the details:

I will check if a module is the cause of the problem because seems like an working backup from month ago isnt working also and have the same problem, it cant be a problem from the ftp files, maybe from the database or modules? I dont know... JBW thanks for your help i really appreciate
JBW
Maybe your hosting provider changed PHP versions!? Anyway you would see the real error in debug mode and can fix it accordingly
