Top Horizontal Menu | The product menu is not displayed to visitors

Hello,

I am facing the following problem. I have mulitstore, and in the one store (which I also make for wholesale) when you Login to the menu it appears normally, when you login for the first time or you are offline it does not appear the product menu.

I can't find the solution if you can help me.

On the other page it works normally.
