Is it possible to have specific Customization fields on only certain variations of a product?

Hi all i have a custom products website im setting up and i want to include customization fields for certain products but in some cases they arent applicable depending what variation the customer chooses. 

 

As an example I have a design for coasters that has a guest name only and another design that has guest name as well as bride and groom and last name and date. 

 

So if they choose the guest only design I was hoping to have them only see the Guest Name customization field and then if they choose a different variation all the applicable customization fields appear. Ideally then would like to have these fields required that way the customer has to include the requested fields and names for their chosen design.

 

Is there a module for this or is it able to be achieved?
