Il backoffice non funziona in tutte le sue opzioni

Buongiorno,

In DEBUG ho questi errori, e nel back office qando faccio click su Servizio clienti non si apre la pagina normalmente, ma questa pagina che ve la metto in allegato. Il mio host l'ho già conatattato, non sono errori dovuti al host.

l'errore riportato nella tua schermata è un timeout di cloudflare.

Prova a disabilitare cloudflare, pulire le caches (cancella anche le cartelle dev e prod in /var/cache) e verifica se hai ancora errori.

Ho controllato le cartele, dev è vuota, ma in prod sono un sacco, devo cancelare tutto? Quella relativa alla cache (cachefs) è vuota.

Queste sono le cartelle presenti in prod, cancello tutto?

Ciao,

le cartelle "dev" e "prod" che trovi in /var/cache vengono ricreate automaticamente, quindi puoi tranquillamente cancellarle.
