How to change the 'reply-to' or 'from' email address for 'New Order' notification emails?

hello! im using v1.7.8.

I need to be able to send customers a reply when they leave a message on their order.

#1. all customer messages were forwarded to my gmail, so all emails from different customers get stacked together. abit hard to keep track of each and every email.

 

#2. both the from and reply-to email addresses are MY email address -- so, when we reply, we're actually replying to ourselves.

unless we change the "to email" to the customer's email. how to amend this auto message sent to be from customer's email? so that we can easily reply to directly to their email.

 

Does anyone know how this could be changed? Thank you in advance for any help!
