Module to delete old files no longer in use.

We are using an MP3 module to upload WAV files to products in our store - Jah Waggy's Record (jahwaggysrecords.com)

The problem is we now have 10 years worth of files - taking up 800GB!  Is there a module we could use to delete old files that are not being used?  You can delete a 2 or 3 at time but the the page refreshes and goes back to the last page.  So if are on page 25, delete three items, it the takes you all the way back out.

Any ideas of a way we can select files that have not been accessed since a certain date or similar?

It is quite possible that the module writes some information to the database.
If you delete files with another module, records may remain in the database and cause the administration and the store to crash.

Is that module available somewhere?
