Discount not working on a "Specific Price"

Hello community,

Am i doing something wrong or its just the way it is? We have products that has B2C and B2B prices, i am setting B2C as a Retail Price and add some specific price for B2B Customer Group

Then i would like to apply basic 10% discount for a product category. It works for products without any specific price, but specific price are not getting discounted. I've  tried to add another discount specifically for the B2B, and it doe not work either.

Any suggestions for setup or relevant modules?
