Mr.Curiosity Posted May 8, 2011 Share Posted May 8, 2011 I am using Prestashop 1.4when I try to fill my contact us form, it doesnt send the email/message to my gmail.I set my email adress under : Back Office > Employees > Contacts. i thinks i did right. I try to change to the other email service like hotmail and ymail, it works fine. so what's wrong with my gmail ?what is possibly the cause? I am glad you have solved the problem and thanks for feedback.I am just curious, how does your web host fixed the issue?
