ferranms05
Hi there, I have the following issue with the customer group configuration in my store. This was not happening before, and I haven't made any significant changes. The website has the default customer groups created, and I've also created the "Professional" group, where, as the name indicates, my professional clients are categorized. For each product, I've set a specific price for this group of clients. So, I go into the customer's profile, indicate that they belong to the "Professional" group, and that their "Default customer group" is also "Professional." I save the changes, and just to make sure, I re-enter the profile and see that everything is in order. However, when any client from this group logs into my store, their configuration automatically changes to the "Default customer group" of "Client," causing them to be unable to view or purchase items at their corresponding prices. My Prestashop version is 1.7.6.7 Anyone can help? (This is a translation from a previous post rom user [email protected] in the spanish forum, but its from 2020 and has no responses. I have exactly the same issue).
NemoPS
Hey! Can you share a screenshot of the configuration for one of these customers? You say it's "also" the processional group but the default can only be one
ferranms05
Hi NemoPS, thank you for your response, I have already solved. It was a plugin that was changing the id. Thank you!
