Viktors N. Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 Hello, I am new Prestashop user and trying to set up my first store, but.... I am facing a problem with prestashop search. For example I am searching for Toyota Supra, but in search results I get everything that contains words Toyota OR Supra. Is there any solution to change search query from OR to AND ? So I get only Toyota Supra related results and don't get something that does not exist in the store or is not related to the model I am searching... NemoPS Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 Are you a programmer? You need to edit the search files' code for that, unfortunately. As far as I know there is no way to limit search results to the full text. Also, I am not comfortable to edit backend code while I am learning PrestaShop. Maybe purchasing more advanced module is better this time....a module that could "fix" search + improve filtering (because now with original Faceted search to filter car brands is a real pain in one place ). It looks like "Advanced search 5" is more or less ok....?
