Free Orders doesn't work with Minimum order configuration.

Good morning everyone,

I'm trying to configure a CartRule that gives to only selected customers the possibility to have free orders as Holiday Gifts.

I have set up a CartRule with 100€ of discount and the partial use of it.

Our prestashop version is 1.7.8.6 and we have setup a minimum order of 19.90€

During our tests, when customer adds the discount code of cartrule configured the total ammount of the order goes to 0.00€ and it will not match the minimum order of 19.90€

Please can someone help me to fix this problem?
