loshmee
Hello, Im debating over should i move to WooCommerce or stay on Prestashop, for a few years I've been using PS as my main platform, but recently I've seen so much more WooCommerce websites and how they behave and look, and to be honest, Im thinking PS is lacking behind right now. Any suggestions how should i improve my website to compete with WooCommerce ones, and in a good position in Google searches. Are PS modules only way to improve accessibility, design and overall performance? Looking forward to reading your suggestions, Thank you.
ComGrafPL
Design is a matter of theme. Also, "cheap" themes are poorly optimized. Probably 50%+ code and scripts are useless is such themes. Better have theme made just for specific store, either hire dev to optimize code in your theme. There are quite few modules for optimizing like: https://jpresta.com/en/prestashop-modules/1-ultimate-cache-page.html or https://addons.prestashop.com/en/website-performance/7939-page-cache-ultimate-fast-static-cache-for-high-speed.html / https://addons.prestashop.com/en/website-performance/44977-super-speed-incredibly-fast-webp-cache-seo.html It not matter, that Woo looks better or working better. It's a matter of how to create it.
