nwcic
We did a fresh install of 1.4.1.0 with sample products. The only thing we did was disable the payment plugin Moneybookers v1.4. Now, all the modules dissappeared and all the categories have dissappeared. The only thing left is the one plugin we tried to disable. If we re-enable the plugin, all the modules re-appear. We really don't want customers to have the option to select this plugin, or others we try to disable with the same result.Things tried:Just in case it was a browser issue-logged out, tried a different browser. We reinstalled the shop from scratch-new database, new folder. Tried changing a different plugin. Same result. We again reinstalled from scratch. Tried uninstalling a module. Same result. We've installed and reinstalled 1.4.1.0 now 5 times and each time either all the modules dissappear or the one we are trying to change.Initial summary:This didn't happen in the last version of Prestashop. Since wa hadn't gone live, we deleted the previous prestashop and went from scratch. This is at a hosted ISP and we have no control over memory (saw another post). And, we are locked into this ISP for a huge list of other needs for the client. Current ISP is great, so not a solution to change.
Thomas Didierjean
Hi,The issue is with the display filter: if you look at your screenshots you will see that it is set to only show installed modules that have been disabled. Just click on "reset" and all modules will be shown. This is caused by a bug with the filter enabling itself, we have fixed it in our development version.
