migrate to fastpanel server

I'm having problems with my hostinger hosting. Very bad, slow and I'm paying a considerable amount. So I hired a server at vultr and configured fastpanel! I would like to know if anyone has already done a migration without an auto installer because what I did didn't work. giving error. Thank you in advance for everyone's help.

Best way is to compress you files into a zip, get also the database, with that you can restore your site.

I did it exactly like this and it keeps giving me an error.

Clear caches, check your .htaccess file, 

All is the same?

If that does not help, go to config/defines.inc.php on line 34

Set false to true, clear caches. 

When clearing caches leave index.php in the folders.

hello if you change the store url on the database you only need to clear the var/cache/dev and var/cache/prod folders
