Help including category name in sub category meta title

As the title says really, but does anybody know how to include the Category Name in the Meta Tile when viewing a child/sub category?

for example see this sub category Grand Calibur

I would like the title to included the parent category of Die Cutting and Embossing

Think lots of people would benefit from this if they are not manually adding the meta titles.
