The "I agree to the terms of service" issue, this box is automatically active, but I don't want it to be. This creates a problem with paypal payment. If I agree to the terms of service is automatically active, the paypal payment button is not active and the customer must deactivate and reactivate I agree to the terms of service and only then can pay via paypal. Please reach out to the developer responsible for the PayPal payment method, as the issue appears to be specific to that payment module.
It is advisable to address the problem through modifications to the PayPal module rather than altering the default settings of PrestaShop.
However, to make terms and conditions non-mandatory, you can go to the Shop Parameters Tab on the Admin side and then go to order settings and uncheck the option Terms of Service.
