I need a component that, after the product is paid for, allows the user to download a PDF which is a diploma. On this diploma, the name of the person who ordered it and the date should be written. Of course, the background is an image of a participation diploma for something.

What component could I use?

If Imagic extension is installed and enabled on your server, then nothing could be simpler.
30 lines of code are enough to insert text into an image.
As for the module, I would need to know more details and also how everything would be configured.
You can select an image, select a font, configure the font, the position of the text in the product details in the administration...
Alternatively, give this option so that the customer can choose the font and style it himself.
There is no such diploma generation module.
But there are similar modules, like mockup, but they only generate an image.
