Georgy Goshin
Hello Since yesterday some orders placed and paid as usual stays invalid. I don't see any deafferents between the orders, payment is accepted, order could be shipped but no invoice created, valid = 0 in the database, some invalid orders has total_paid_real = 0 but one has the real sum. How to understand what's doing on here?
musicmaster
I don't know whether it applied to you. But I have seen something like that happening in one organization. It happened only with bank transfers. For those orders people need first set the order to paid before they set it to shipped. When they immediately set it to shipped the order keeps being seen as not paid.
Georgy Goshin
It's not my case unfortunately, our orders affected if paid by Montonio plugin and bank too (

Follow the usual suspects: - look in the error log of the server and in the /var/logs directory - look for things that the failed orders have in common: certain products, discounts, carriers, combinations, etc. - if the above actions don't help: make a test order that is exactly the same (same products, same carrier, same payment provider) as a failed order and look whether it fails too. If so you can find the cause by trying variations on that order
