Problem with the Prestashop translation system

Hi,

I’m having problems with translations in French. I have installed Transformer PrestaShop Theme with Easy buidler on a Prestashop 8.0.4 and the problem is due to Prestashop translation system, see the enclosed screenshot, those words were translated in the xlf file, but the translation system can't retrieve them.

¿Anyone could help me please?

What happens when you fill in the empty translations and save them? Will they overwrite your xlf file?

Hi Musicmaster,

I've been talking with the theme dev and they told me that it's a fields error but the translations are ok in the native theme of Presta so the general translations are fine.

I could fill the empty translations manually but there are more than 400 fields...
