How to install prestashop in a new web hosting?

I step by step install, then at step3, it appear below message and cannot continue installing:
“Database server was not found. Please verify the login, password, and database server name fields."

Who can teach me???? Thks

you need to create database and db user first.
usually you can do this at Control Panel of your hosting account.
For more information on that, I suggest you contact your hosting company technical support.

then input those information to the installation screen with database information field.

here one tips maybe useful to beginner.
it depends the hosting company, you maybe need to add your account id to the database name

for example, if your account id at your provider is C1234567, and you created db with name mydb, then
the real db name is C1234567_mydb.
