Disable voucher from being applyed to sale products

When a voucher is created, it gives the buyer a discount.
That discount should only be applyed to products with norml price.
Products with reduced/sale price should not be done any extra dicount, but it does.
Vouchers give a discount over the sale discount, and i don´t want it to.
How can i correct it?

In Prestashop 1.7.7.0 works as this and should be about the same in 1.6 :

Catalog -> Discounts -> Cart rules.

There are three tabs:  Information, Conditions and Actions

Under Actions there is "Exclude products with discounts"

Hello Fanhoso, I think that setting is not available in version 1.6. You should use a module.
