Where to put meta name="robots"?

In my header.tpl I have this:

<meta name="robots" content="index,follow">
<meta name="author" content="Vidos-Domofony">

 

But ScreamingFrog says this is high priority issue

I can remove it from  that file, and thats help for SF, but I don't know where is correct place to put it.
