Payment Validation Error 8.1.2

Hello,

I've uprgaded Prestashop 8.1.2 and i how strange issue with payment process:

Regardless of chosen payment method, i got an error:

Above is error code for wirepayment, but the error occurs also in another payment methods.

I tried to deactivate all non-prestashop modules, disable overrides without results. I've also upgraded modules.

Do you have any ideas, how to fix it?
