How to tell if Customer has downloaded Digital product.

Hello.  I sale Digital Items on my shop.  I would like to be able to verify if the Customers has downloaded their order.  I have not been able to find anything to help on this or if there is a Module I can get to do this.  With Scammers out their sometimes they say they didn't get their order and I want to make sure if they have downloaded.  I also sell on Etsy and it lets me see if the product has been downloaded when they say they haven't got it.

I am not sure whether you can see it in the backoffice. However, when you have access to the database you can find a field "download_nb" in the table ps_order_detail.

It is not in the backoffice. But if you are using Prestools you will find it in the Product Sales page (a submenu of orders).
