Problems after backup 1.4.1

Hello,

After upgrading to 1.4.1 and with many porblems back to 1.4.0 with a backup i'll have this errors

- Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tools::getProtocol() in /home/yourwebs/public_html/webshop/controllers/ProductController.php on line 70
When clicking on a image

- Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tools::getProtocol() in /home/yourwebs/public_html/webshop/controllers/CategoryController.php on line 66
When clicking on a category item

- Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tools::getProtocol() in /home/yourwebs/public_html/webshop/controllers/CMSController.php on line 44
When clicking on a block item

Please i'll search now more than 2 weeks help for this
Is there anybody that can solve these problems ??? THANKS IN ADVANCE
