Error 500

Bonjour, comment allez vous ? 

Je viens vers vous, car j'ai un souci avec mon presta, j'ai voulu faire une mise à jour pour passer de la 1.7.6.8 à la dernière version, mais depuis mon FRONT et BO sont en Error 500.

J'ai donc fouiller un peu, est au final il semble que le problème vienne de là :

First you can try the usual suspects: cleanse the cache (delete var/cache) and check that you are using a PHP version that works with PS 8.1. You can also enable debug mode to see what file causes the error.

If that doesn't fit the most likely cause is that you had an error during the upgrade, you didn't notice that error and now you are stuck with a broken shop. As it is unclear what went wrong the best solution is to go back to a backup of your 1.7.6.8 shop. If you didn't make a backup you can use for example my tool Copy_shopdata to rescue your shop.
