Not Happy with Prestashop Team in BugTracker.

I repported a bug in Bugtracker section (PSCFI-1651)and one of the Prestashop team asked me to give a link to my website to look at the problem. I sent him a link to my website to study the issue on May/4/2011 and then he deleted my comment on May/6/2011 saying in French that "we have to close this bug because the customer has never responded."
This is very bad and it is not honest reply from Prestashop team.

I guess it was kind of mistake or misunderstanding, for example some how they didn't receive (lost, or in junk mail folder), I don't think they did it on purpose.

try to contact they about the issue see what happens.

Thanks for reply.
I hope this is a mistake and they didn't in purpose.
I've already replied to the concerned email that I received and also I commented in the BugTracker. I hope they wont delete my comment as they did last time in BugTracker.
