robertocommerce Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 Hi, I have prestashop 8.1.1 and I have a problem regarding the translation of the subject of the email "in transit" (all other emails are translated correctly) If I directly enter the shipping number in the prestashop back office, the email is sent with the correctly translated object, but if the change is made via the web service it is not translated.
