Upgrade 1.7.8.9 to 1.8.2 Fatal error: Uncaught PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Exception\ContainerNotFoundException: Kernel Container is not available

Hi everyone, I get this error only for one store out of many stores in the multistore option.

Tried clearing cache, Friendly URL off/on, VAR cache and theme switch to classic and back to the them, nothing helped, the other stores seem to be fine. Any solution will be appreciated.

When turn the debug mode on  and tried to open the homepage of one of the stores I get this error
