Weirs behavior on 8.1 when trying to add images to CMS

Hello fellow geeks, on this example is the custom text box but the error also applies to CMS pages. When I want to insert an image and click on the image icon of the html editor, the insert/edit image window pop ups, then when I click on source, it loads the image window but instead of displaying the usual image picker, it loads the main site (front office), weird right?
