Module how to: Spend total of 50€ with no specific items in cart and get this item for 2€

Hello,

I'm looking for a module or solution for this kind of cart behavior, where customer spends example of 50 euros and then is able to buy this certain item for lowered price, like 2 euros (not for free). This item should not be added into shopping cart by a customer from the catalog. It should be optioned (checkbox etc) when browsing shopping cart. Customer would be able to select if she/he wants this item for 2 euros or not. If the cart sum gets lower than specifically set amount (50 euros), offer disappears.

Any help, please?

It is sort of cross selling but with total cart amount.
