Nass01 Posted October 25, 2023 Share Posted October 25, 2023 Hi there, I've been trying for several hours now to try and edit email template themes in the translation section but I am receiving multiple errors. Also if i try to change something it does not update when i test it and send an email. Please can anyone see the attached screenshots and give me instructions of how to resolve this, thanks. Hello, It seems there might be an issue with how the language was added to your store. I suggest adding or updating the language, specifically selecting English. Please follow these steps: Navigate to your theme's directory: Rugsmarket/themes/akira/mails. Inside this directory, search for a folder named with the English ISO code en. For the language you're trying to translate, ensure there's a corresponding folder here. Also, ensure that this directory has the appropriate write permissions. After these steps, attempt to update the translations in the admin directory again. I've attached a screenshot to help guide you.
