Delivery and Invoice shows Tel:%s at the bottom

Hi 
I have version 8.1.0 and despite entering my business phone number, I noticed at the bottom of both the delivery and Invoice reports, it displays 

For more assistance, contact Support:
Tel: %s

I did a google search and spotted someone had asked same question but for a very early version, 1.xx if I recall.  There was not update on that 

Any ideas how I would fix this please

We tried to replicate the scenario at our store we have the same version of the store but no such issue has been found, can you please share any snap of where it's occurring or any video of how you are trying to download the reports so that we can check the same at our end.

Our deliveries & invoices are attached as well. Do let us know so that we can assist you accordingly.
