Problem with cart button after upgrade to ps8.1.2

Ok... I have a test site that I'm testing the install of ps8.1

I have installed ps8.1.0 using the Inmotion Prestashop scripts. This is the demo shop that installs as default.
Changed nothing, except to enter the required parameters for the Bank transfer to work.
Using the default user (JOHN DOE) to test with. Can add items to the cart and place an order.
Seems to be working ok.

Then.... Have installed 1-Click Upgrade, and upgraded shop to ps8.1.2
After upgrade is complete, ADD TO CART button no longer works.
Have changed nothing, other than to upgrade to current ps version.

I have read about problems with Javascript, but cannot work out what the console is reporting.

As said above this is a raw default install that I'm testing with and not getting anywhere with even the demo shop.
Default theme, no changes.... I'm starting to lose hair because of this!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Clear the cache once and check If it works, else Go to the "Console" tab in the developer tools to check for any JavaScript errors or warnings. These errors can provide clues about what might be causing the issue.

Hi AddWeb Solution....

Forgot to add the screenshot.

Have added now, this is after clicking on ADD TO CART.

If i try to reload the same page, without clearing cache, it shows this....

The page reloads as normal, with no errors.

So....

I have re-installed my test site with ps8.1.2 that i downloaded directly off prestashop.com, and looks like it is working correctly.

It would appear that something in the Inmotion scripts install has a bug... i cannot recommend using their script install.

I can now move forward to the next big problem... Migration from ps1.6.1.24

If it happens to you again, just reinitialize the cart module.

Did some testing on the current install and seems to be working ok for now.
I will keep testing and move to next step.
