Hicham slm Posted October 6, 2023 Share Posted October 6, 2023 Bonjour J'ai un problème pour le tri de produit. Je suis sous prestashop 1.6.1.2 J'ai configuré le tri => "position dans la catégorie" Dans Catalogue > Produits j'ai sélectionné "filtrer par catégorie" et en drag and drop modifié l'ordre. En FO rien ne bouge et si je rafraichis le BO l'ordre revient a l'initiale ... Si dans le preference > produit je choisi un autre tri (article, date) le tri se fait bien. J'ai désactivé puis désinstallé le module navigation à facette et rien n'y fait. J'ai supprimé le cache et l'ordre ne change pas, lorseque j'actualise la page en Back Office le classement revient à ce qu'il était avant (Tri par ID) Je sèche complementement Quelqu'un a un idée svp Merci d'avance 3.mp4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
musicmaster Posted October 8, 2023 Share Posted October 8, 2023 Strange that the popup says that the sorting succeeded. There must be some kind of error. Look in the error log of the server for some kind of error. If that doesn't help try to enable profiling and look whether there is a query that changes the ps_category_product table (that contains the positions).
