Prestashop Metrics still not working

Hello
I have followed the instructions to get the Prestashop metrics working
But it still asks me:
"Module that needs to be updated".........Prestashop Accounts

I click on Update account and it does Nothing
Is this a glitch?
Or am I missing something

Yes I have registered my site with Prestashop

ps_metrics is a statistics module that only works for one month. After that you need to pay Prestashop to use it. 

ps_accounts is another module. It directs your back office login via the Prestashop website.

Both modules are included with the "edition basic" that you download from the Prestashop website.

You don't mention you PS version.
