I cann't login to admin page

I have installed prestashop using softaculous, and I can view the store front, but can not access the admin account… I have removed and reinstalled everything countless times and I get the same error each time I try to follow my admin link… I have no clue whats wrong or how to fix it.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
