To set how many loyalty points a customer will earn on their order amount and how they can spend them, please follow these steps:

Setting the reward rate:

• Go to the module settings page.
• Go to the "General settings" tab.
• Under the "How to display reward on front office?" option, select "Custom units (Points)".
• Enter the value for "Conversion rate: 1 USD = XX points".

Setting how customers can earn points:

• Go to the "Marketing programs" page.
• Go to the "Loyalty program" page > Enable the loyalty program.
• Go to the "Reward settings" tab of the loyalty program.
• Under the "How to calculate loyalty reward when a customer purchases this product?" option, select "Fixed amount per shopping cart (Exclude shipping)" or "Percentage of shopping cart value (Exclude shipping)".
• Enter the value for the loyalty points that the customer will earn for each order.

Setting how customers can use their points:

• In the module settings page, go to the "Rewards" > "Reward usages" > "Usage settings" page.
• Enable the options according to the instructions.

You can edit email templates manually by accessing the /mails folder in the code folder of the "Loyalty, referral & affiliate program" module. Find and edit the .html file and .txt file with corresponding content.

You can set an expiration date for rewards/reward points received by customers. Our module currently supports the feature of sending automatic notification emails to customers using cronjob to remind them before bonuses/bonus points expire. You can learn more details through the module's demo page.
