Module to allow discount code to work for email newsletter subscribers only

Hi,

Is there any module, or tutorial available for modification to limit a discount code to only work if you are subscribed to the newsletter.

ie

So it would need an extra checkbox there.

If the customer isnt a subscriber, then a message should appear to say "This code only works for newsletter subscribers" when they enter the code in checkout.
